Build Team

The build subteam designs, and constructs the physical aspects of the robot. They are essential to the final, polished product that you see at competition. Members of the build subteam are trained on the correct and safe use of power tools, the rules of the game, and more to ensure that the robot will play that year’s game to par.

Public Relations Team

The public relations subteam, more often referred to as “business”, “media”, or “PR”, is the subteam that focuses on marketing, financial stability, team stability, multimedia production (including, but not limited to animation, articles, audio, graphics design, videotography, and photography), awards, and more. They are essential for the future of the team, and while their actions are not widely seen in the polished robot; they’re seen in the sponsorship and support that the team receives each season.
