The following is a rough list of things that happen each month of a robotics season to help leaders plan ahead. Included is a list of specific tasks that should be completed in those months.

  • 3rd meeting after MT Kickoff - CAD, Paper, Whiteboard Mechanism Design - whole team
  • 4th meeting after MT Kickoff - Design review - Decide what to prototype - whole team
  • 5th meeting after MT Kickoff - Subteams Split - Build: Prototyping, Programming Training/Drive code, Media: Training & Reveal Videos

  • Week 5 - All Mechanisms complete - Build testing
  • Week 6 - Autonomous Testing - Create spare parts
  • Week 7 - Week Zero
